Ready for some fun decor? For a limited time, you can get rewards in both Disney Dreamlight Valley (DDV) and the Disney Magic Kingdoms (DMK) mobile game! While the promotion was off to a shaky start, both parts of the code were released, and luckily it’s the same code for both games: DREAMJOURNEY. I’ve put instructions for redemption below.

The decor item for Disney Dreamlight Valley is the 10th Anniversary Hat Stand! If you play the Disney Magic Kingdoms, you’ll recognize this giant version made especially for DDV. I love it. The faceted Sorcerer Mickey hat is so pretty and reflects light well. Unfortunately, it does not light up at night, you can’t go inside (there are stairs in the back) and you can’t place anything in/on it. To redeem the code for the DDV decor, launch and start your game. I always recommend backing up the game and using the Cloud Save and play from that (Cloud Save) option every time, especially if you play cross-platform. After entering your game, head to: Settings > Help > Redemption Code. Type in DREAMJOURNEY as one word and all CAPS. After you’ve redeemed the code, wait for it to show in your in-game mailbox shortly after claiming.

Do you also play the DMK mobile game? DDV players got the replica Sorcerer Mickey Hat Stand and DMK players get a replica Wishing Well! The image is enlarged. I think this is such a cute decorative item, but I’m not sure where to put it. My favorite details, aside from the tree, are the sparkles coming up from the well. They remind me of sprites or mini will-o-the-wisps. Click HERE and it will take you to the mobile game’s redemption portal. You can also click the link in the official DMK Facebook post. You will need your Player ID (found in the upper left of the screen while the game is loading and on your new Profile Card—the icon is also in the upper left corner once the game has loaded). After typing in your Player ID, type in the code DREAMJOURNEY, also as one word in all CAPS. If you have entered the code correctly, you will see a green checkmark and “Success” note. It may take time for the item to arrive.

It’s nice that if you do not need to own/play both games to get an item. I also like the idea of taking an iconic item from each game and trading it with the other. It’s a win-win. What do you think? Not sure how long the code redemption will be up, so claim them while you can.

*Edit: In reading dozens of comments, the code working is dependent on the platform. Several players have reported the code not working, but it worked in all lowercase. I don’t have a way to verify, but it’s very frustrating. Those who play on PC, Apple Arcade, Mac, and Switch have reported the code not working, the game crashing, and other issues. Hopefully it is fixed soon! If you have had issues and have found a way to fix them, please let me in the comments!
