The first week of December has already passed! As you can see, this post should have gone up on the 2nd, but I forgot to schedule it. It was one of those weeks. Since the last part of No-Spend November ended at the beginning of last week, this is going to be very short. We bought $100 of gifts and still have three people left, which will be easy since we’re giving gift cards and baked goods. I’d say that I love the cooler weather, but it’s going to be in the mid-70s to low-80s this week. Although, truth be told, if I had to choose I’d rather have the warmer weather than freezing cold, stormy weather. Back to the end of No-Spend November. Food aside, we spent around $200 on items that were not necessary, most of which were holiday gifts.
I wasn’t able to get the food post up for November, so I’m aiming to have one for December posted over the weekend of the 11th. We’re, more likely than not, going to set up some holiday decor and get a tree over the weekend as well. Once the holidays are over we will have our local tree service chip the tree and have it hauled so it doesn’t just end up as trash. I’m also going to wrap everything up this week so we don’t have do any last-minute wrapping. Ideally, all of this is done by August/early September, but there has been zero motivation on this end. How is the kickoff to your holiday season? If you celebrate holidays, I hope you are having a fun, safe season so far.
Peace & Love, always!
